Coaching Specialties

Coaching sessions are 45-60 minutes long. The first session is a Get-To-Know Session, where I get to know you and your goals.

Additional Sessions, if needed are available in 1/2 hour increments.

Therapy is provided by a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate.
