I am a pre-licensed MFT student in her final days of her Master’s program. I am supervised by Mike Rankin, LMFT.
I am a certified Life Coach. I have helped many clients meet their goals and live their dream success stories.
I am a trauma survivor, so I mean what I say when I say I know it works!
I am a mother of two boys. I am very close to my family. I am extremely passionate about helping people. I work with non-profits that assist veterans, service members, and assist those with mental and physical disabilities. I have spent many hours learning and researching methods that truly work. I create custom treatments for every one of my clients.

Methods I Use.
LMFTs are taught to use therapy methods such as EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), Bowen Theory, Structure Therapy Method, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Strategic Therapy, Family-Focused and more. These are some of the models used in our sessions, but I integrate into our sessions CBT, Meditation, Mindfulness, Psychoeducation and EMDR practices. We also utilize Play and Art Therapy with our younger clients. Have you ever experienced a custom meditation before? We piece together guided imagery to help you reach your therapy goals. We are here to guide you not carry you to your destination. All Therapy sessions are done under supervision.
