Coaching Specialties

Coaching sessions are 1 hour long. The first session is a Get-To-Know Session, where I get to know you and your goals.

The Second Session is where we start to formulate a plan.

The Third Session is were you are presented with a plan to utilize to meet your goal with or without me.

Additional Sessions, if needed are available in 1/2 hour increments.

If your income is less than 50k then you qualify for a reduced rate starting at $35. Message for more details.

What is The Difference?

Sessions are 45-55 minutes in length

Coaching Sessions range from 30-45 minutes

Life Coaching is not something you hear a lot about, so let me explain it to you a bit.

Have you ever been in a place or experienced something you have never before? While in this new place or experience have you faced difficulties and thought, man I wish I knew someone who could understand what I am going through, possibly even someone who has been through this before! I just want a little insight and a little guidance.

That is what a life coach is. I offer guidance through select areas of coaching that provide tools and insight from what I have learned to help you.
